Summary:

This game is based on the various computer games that were based on the popular 1982 Disney movie Tron. It is an abstraction of competitors riding motorcycles that leave a solid wall for a trail, and trying to trap each other.

Contents:

• One 16”x16” board with a 10x10 square grid.
• 168 double sided movement tiles colored red, blue, yellow and green
• 48 tokens for marking explosions colored red, blue, yellow and green
• 56 “throttle” cards numbered 1 through 7 (8 of each)
• 16 “turn” cards
• 4 “shoot” cards
• 4 cycle position/direction marking pins

Gameplay:

Players draw cards and trade in sets to move their light cycles across the board. In addition to the original Tron Light Cycle game concept, players have laser pistols with which to shoot holes through walls when they are blocked. “Shoot” cards are rare, so it’s a matter of saving them or getting lucky when one is needed. Players will develop offensive strategies and try to trap their opponents, or defensive strategies and try to escape danger.
